Production Description: The helmet is designed to provide head protection against falling objects and consequential brain injury and skull fracture. The safety helmet must be correctly installed to assure proper fit and protection.

Key Features: PP (polypropylene) shell; V-type top reinforcement; 4 point suspension; ratchet adjustment; chin strap included; harness anti-sweat band.

Fitting and Adjustment: For adequate protection, the helmet must be adjusted to fit the user’s head. Unauthorized helmet alterations are prohibited.

Installing the Suspension: 1. Turn safety helmet shell upside down. Place suspension inside the safety helmet shell with brow pad toward front bill. 2. Insert the suspension tab into the respective tab firmly until it locks into place. Repeat for each suspension tab.

Adjusting the Suspension Size: Turn the ratchet knob counterclockwise until the headband opens to the largest size. Place helmet on your head and turn ratchet knob clockwise until the headband is comfortable. Do not over tighten.

Storage and Use Life: When not in use or during transportation, store the helmet in a container with paper or foam cushion to avoid damage. Store in a ventilated place without direct sunlight and contact with solvents. Suspension should be replaced after no more than 12 months of use. The validity of the safety helmet is 30 months when stored correctly and properly maintained. Always replace the helmet after it has withstood an impact or penetration.

Packing and Shipping: Packing and shipping must be handled with care. Carton packaging: 32 pcs/ctn. High pile shall not exceed 5 cases. Avoid heavy pressure, mighty impact and water spray.
